J. Michael Ivey
I am originally from Scotts Hill, Tennessee. I founded my law firm in Parsons, Tennessee in 1994. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin, I attended Nashville School of Law to obtain my law degree and I am a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
Currently, I serve as the City Judge for Parsons, Tennessee and Scotts Hill, Tennessee. My primary cases are social security disability and personal injury including auto accidents. I am a member of NOSSCR the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. Members of NOSSCR help disabled people obtain benefits from Social Security.
My wife, Vicki, and I have been married over 30 years and we have two children. Our daughter Kindle is a graduate from University of Tennessee at Martin, the alma mater of both my wife and I. Our son Gatlin is a senior at Austin Peay University in Clarksville, TN.
Kristy Swindle has been employed with Ivey Law Office since 1997.
